Research access policies

Restricted catalog, pricing and analytical documents require current research eligibility. Acceptance belongs to the individual member and the exact attestation version.

Approval and attestation each initially expire after 12 calendar months. Material wording changes require re-acceptance. Customer MFA is optional; privileged internal access requires MFA.

Provide only the research information requested. Do not submit patient information, sensitive personal records or credentials. Account, qualification and acceptance records are used to administer research access, maintain security and retain audit evidence.
