Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of Keystone Research accounts, restricted information, documentation and research-access services. Read them together with the Research Use Policy.

Provide accurate and complete account, identity, affiliation and research-purpose information. Keep that information current and do not impersonate another person or organization.

Keep your account credentials secure. Do not share credentials, allow unauthorized account use or attempt to bypass qualification, eligibility, MFA or other access controls. Contact Keystone Research if you suspect unauthorized access.

Use Keystone Research materials and information only as permitted by the Research Use Policy. Account creation and attestation do not guarantee qualification, approval or continued access.

Do not access, scrape, collect or redistribute restricted information without authorization. Do not transfer protected documentation, credentials or materials to unauthorized persons or organizations.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations, institutional requirements and laboratory procedures, including appropriate handling, storage, security, recordkeeping, use and disposal.

Research information is not medical, veterinary, prescribing, diagnostic or treatment advice. Materials are not for human or veterinary use and are not intended for administration to, application to, or use in or on humans or animals.

Keystone Research may deny, suspend, expire or revoke access when security or compliance requires it, information is inaccurate, eligibility requirements are not met, or these Terms or the Research Use Policy are violated.

Material changes to these Terms, the Research Use Policy or the Research-Use Attestation may require renewed acceptance where appropriate. Continued access remains subject to current qualification, approval, attestation and account status.
